This gives us the ability to partner with Local Authorities across England to provide affordable homes for rent and shared ownership homes.

Where it is in the best interests of the residents we have the ability to lease our properties to specialist regulated housing providers and charities who carry out the maintenance and management services, with our oversight, to ensure the properties remain safe and in good condition.

We like to fund established SME and large housebuilders on land-led opportunities for s106 schemes of 15 – 50 homes as well as non-s106 developments which are 100% affordable housing.
